Since 2014, MYFNIMANAGER Inc has provided our eFinance Department Remote F&I Department to dealerships of all sizes and experience levels. Whether your dealership is looking to maximize the profit potential of every sale by utilizing our department full-time, for part-time fill-in or as additional support for any number of reasons, we are here to help.

Simple, Effective Process

  1. Upon the sale of a vehicle, the dealership submits the completed purchase contract & credit application to eFinanceDepartment.
  2. Based on the customer’s creditworthiness, our finance managers place the loan with the appropriate lender. The dealership is continuously made aware of progress.
  3. Once funding has been secured, the finance manager contacts the customer, explains the loan terms, and offers any additional insurance products.
  4. The finance manager notifies the dealership that the financing terms have been disclosed to the customer and the loan paperwork is ready for printing.
  5. The paperwork can be printed at the dealership for delivery or, alternatively, the customer can print the paperwork at home or have it mailed to them prior to delivery.
  6. Upon delivery at the dealership, the salesperson collects the paperwork and delivers the vehicle.
  7. The dealership then assigns and submits the loan documentation to the lender, who directly funds the dealership.
