Since 2014, MYFNIMANAGER Inc has provided our eFinance Department Remote F&I Department to dealerships of all sizes and experience levels. Simple, Effective Process
- Upon the sale of a vehicle, the dealership submits the completed purchase contract & credit application to eFinanceDepartment.
- Based on the customer’s creditworthiness, our finance managers place the loan with the appropriate lender. The dealership is continuously made aware of progress.
- Once funding has been secured, the finance manager contacts the customer, explains the loan terms, and offers any additional insurance products.
- The finance manager notifies the dealership that the financing terms have been disclosed to the customer and the loan paperwork is ready for printing.
- The paperwork can be printed at the dealership for delivery or, alternatively, the customer can print the paperwork at home or have it mailed to them prior to delivery.
- Upon delivery at the dealership, the salesperson collects the paperwork and delivers the vehicle.
- The dealership then assigns and submits the loan documentation to the lender, who directly funds the dealership.
